Add new features which allows the bot to send messages through DM’s such as when someone leaves, a farewell message. 
Also add a way to send an announcement message through DM’s to one person and also everyone at once as another command. (For example if scams are going around a warning message)
- On top of that, maybe add a way to DM to everyone who has the @Notified role
